Request permanent account and data deletion
Use this form to request permanent deletion of your Phone Point Dar account and associated personal data. This is not a temporary deactivation — your account and data will be permanently removed.
- Verification: we confirm ownership by matching the email to the account.
- What is deleted: profile, phone, address, wishlist, and reviews.
- What may be retained: completed order/transaction records where required for legal, accounting, or tax obligations.
- Timing: requests are processed within 30 days.
You do not need to reinstall the App to use this form. You can also delete your account from within the App under Profile → Delete Account.
